I do love that there has been exactly one episode this season with a prominent D/L storyline and yet it's on the cover like it's single-handedly responsible for the show's success or something.
Is it sad that I'm looking at the cover and going, 'You know, Melina's boobies are nicer to look at than Carmine'? Why does he not look as pretty as he used to? *woe*
Why does he not look as pretty as he used to? it's cos of the glasses, i'm sure. and it kinda looks photo-shopped to me, like Carmine & Anna aren't really hugging.
It's really a very unattractive picture of both of them. Anna looks more like a man every time I look at it. I feel mean saying it because it's not meant to be mean, I'm just being honest.
My worst dream comes true *headdesk, sighs heavily*. Dunno, it might be a crime show (that's what they keep saying) but for me it's more a daily soap than a anything else.

It doesn't surprise me at all that Danny will propose right away. That is a very Danny thing to do. I just hope TPTB don't speed them to the altar. I know they probably will, but I can still hope.

The fact they're deliberately lying about the ratings and trying far too transparently and desperately to pimp what happened as 'the bestest thing evar' is proof to me even they know it's all a sham. Just to keep as many viewers around as they can.
They were fucking stupid to say the ratings have been the best ever, because they haven't. Before the 100th episode, the ratings were at most 11 million. Nothing close to 14.5 average. Now that they've bullshitted about the show 'doing so well', they'll be scrambling to come up with more bullshit should the ratings crash and burn in the coming weeks and months.
If this is the bestest thing evar, then why didn't they do it before Anna got pregnant? Why is it coming out of nowhere? It sounds like they're trying to sell it as something that was a long time coming. Psh.

Anna Belknap needs to STFU. She never has anything remotely interesting to say during interviews. Excuse me, she's not the only one who's had to hide her pregnancy on-screen, OK? It's not easy having to work while she's so far along, but you don't hear them whining about it like Anna does. Look at Mariska Hargitay on Law & Order: SVU. Her scenes are so much more physical than Anna's, but she still managed to do it while pregnant.

Even though this D/L baby thing is sucks ass, I'm still not giving up on the show yet. It wouldn't be fair to the other actors on the show who - unlike Anna - are really working their asses off to play their characters the best they can. Plus, the reason why I started watching CSI: NY in the first place is because of the CSI and crime-fighting element. :P
i thought the same thing(s). seriously, it looks fake & Carmine does look miserable. i bet if he was in a pic with anyone from the show other than Anna, he'd be all smiles!! too bad it wasn't just him & Melina :/
