He's All Mine
Title: He's All Mine
Author: 1csimfan
Rating: PG
Pairing: Danny/Flack - who else?
Prompt: ghost
Warnings: none, just fluff
Summary: Danny loves Flack but there's a special someone else that's a close second
Author's Note: This was just a spur of the moment little fic that I thought up for the prompt word "ghost" in the Brokeback_Crimelab drabble thread.
Disclaimer: I do not own Danny and Flack because if I did, they would never leave their apartment. I also do not own "The Shining", Jack Nicholson, or Build-A-Bear Workshop. I do, however, own Jamie, Flack's niece.

Danny lay curled up on the couch with his favorite blanket and those horrid yellow slippers that Flack forgot to get rid of. The room was dark except for the glow of the tv. It was a Friday night and Danny had the next day off. There was a horror movie marathon on tv and Danny just couldn't resist.
He and Flack had planned on watching it together but Don had just finished a double shift that afternoon. He was fast asleep and Danny was on the couch with only one thing keeping him company. Donnie bear.
Yes, that's right. Donnie the bear. Don had taken his niece, Jamie, to the Build-A-Bear workshop for her birthday. Don was helping Jamie pick out an outfit for her bear when he came across a little suit complete with a tie. He also managed to find a little badge, gun, and handcuffs. He never thought he'd be getting one of the bears for Danny but he was glad he did. Even the birth certificate had the name "Donnie" on it. Danny thanked him in so many ways that night.
Danny held the bear close as he watched Jack Nicholson's character chase his wife and son with an axe. The Shining was one of his and Don's favorite movies. Oh how Danny wished he was cuddled up on Don's lap right now instead of cuddling Donnie the bear.
Danny jumped. Oh shit..what was that? Danny thought as he caught a glimpse of something out of the corner of his eye. It's just the movie that's scaring you, that's all. Yeah, I'll keep telling myself that. He knew Don was asleep so he was puzzled as to what he was hearing. Shit, I hope we don't have a ghost in the apartment. He then buried himself deeper into the couch clutching Donnie the bear as hard as he could.
Suddenly Danny felt a hand ruffle the hair on his head. He let out a scream and leapt from the couch. He quickly turned around, with Donnie the bear shielding him, yeah, that'll work and saw Don standing there with a huge grin on his face.
"Fuckitall Flack." Danny shouted, "Are you trying to scare me to death? Thought you were still asleep."
"How can I stay asleep when I know your fine ass is out here watching The Shining without me?" Don said as he pulled Danny to him. Danny grabbed Don's arm and led him over to the couch and swiftly threw himself on top of him.
Needless to say, they never did finish the movie or see any other movie that night. Danny was much too busy making Flack show him how sorry he was for scaring him.
The End
