If she doesn't want people to read her journal, then why is it public? It's very "Look at me! Look at me!" and then when people actually do look, she's all "Go away! Don't look at me!"
I mean, you can't expect to have it both ways.
I suspect that just enabling comments in the first place would have kept this from spilling over into everyone's journals. Now so many people know about this who otherwise wouldn't have.
